BECM DocXpress simplifies bulk imports and exports for OpenText Content Management systems. For bulk imports the the program was designed with novice user in mind and features self guided operation from logon to upload. For advanced users you can use data transformations to map data between types, map to multiple category attributes and high performance validation. Easily import folders, documents and records up to one million items per batch.
BECM DocXpress validates metadata prior to upload preventing user errors which would otherwise be rejected by the rules of the content management system. The user is notified of all failed validations which must be corrected before uploading can begin. The program was recently benchmarked to validate 600,000 documents, file paths and metadata fields in less than 30 seconds. Single, multi value and drop down attribute metadata can all be imported into your content management system. Versioning is just as simple using recurring data elements.
